All of our Office Barista hot drinks machine range comes with a one-year warranty as standard.

Our extended warranties and maintenance contracts for office coffee machines are keenly priced and are a great way to:

  • Control costs 
  • Provide peace of mind
  • Ensure a continuous hot drinks service

All of our warranty customers benefit from a rent-free replacement machine for the duration of any repairs. 

After the initial one-year warranty period, we offer parts and labour warranties on a year-by-year basis and both Silver and Gold packages are on offer:

Silver Packages Includes:

  • A full Preventative Maintenance Visit at the start of the agreement
  • 20% off parts and labour on reactive calls
  • All calls responded to by an engineer within 16 working hours
  • Full reporting on all work carried out
  • Filters as required at Silver Service pricing

Gold Package Includes:

  • A full preventative maintenance visit at the start of the agreement period
  • Parts & Labour for all calls
  • All calls responded to by an engineer within 8 working hours
  • Full reporting on all work carried out
  • Filters as required at Gold Service pricing

* Calls created by lack of cleaning and hygiene, misuse of the machine, lime scale issues are not covered by the packages. Packages also do not cover grinder units or touchscreens.
